In the unfortunate event that you find any damage, we advise you to refuse delivery and mark "DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt. It's crucial to report any damage or defects to Eviva within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to do so will relinquish Eviva of any ensuing liability.
